At Protea Cricket SA, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at official.sacricket@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (including the R89.00 Next Day Delivery option) are non-refundable.

  • If the item was shipped to you for free (2–3 day delivery), the refund will cover only the product cost.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or for another item of equal value (subject to stock availability). Please indicate your preference when contacting us.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at official.sacricket@gmail.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
