Returns & Refunds

A: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.

Q: Are shipping fees refundable?
A: Shipping fees (including R89.00 Next Day Delivery) are non-refundable. Free delivery refunds cover product cost only.
